Depending on how you contact us, we may process the following categories:

• Identity: name and surname
• Contact: email address, phone number, WhatsApp number
• Stay details: preferred apartment type, dates, guest count, message content
• Transaction: reservation and payment information if you book with us or via Airbnb, Booking.com, or Expedia
• Technical: IP address and security logs needed to run the contact form safely

We collect data by automatic and non-automatic means:

• The website contact form
• Email, phone, and WhatsApp
• Booking platforms you choose to use
• Security and hosting logs required to operate the site

We process personal data only for the following purposes:

• Answering enquiries and managing reservations
• Guest communication before and during a stay
• Meeting tax, tourism-licence, and other legal duties
• Keeping the website and contact form secure
• Improving our service where this does not harm your rights

Processing is based on one or more of these grounds:

• Your explicit consent — required for the contact form
• Performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before a contract
• Legal obligations (tax, tourism, accounting)
• Legitimate interests that do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms

We do not sell personal data. It may be shared only as needed with:

• Our operations team
• Hosting and email providers that process messages on our behalf (including Resend for the contact form)
• Booking platforms you choose (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia)
• Public authorities when the law requires it

Some service providers may process data on servers outside Türkiye. Where that happens, we use contractual and technical safeguards required by KVKK. The contact form is sent by email through our processor; hosting is provided on cloud infrastructure.

Enquiry data is kept until your request is completed and then for a reasonable period for follow-up and legal records (generally up to 2 years unless a longer statutory period applies to a reservation). We then delete or anonymise the data.

You may apply to us to:

• Learn whether your data is processed, and request information if it is
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction under the conditions in Art. 7
• Request that correction or deletion be notified to recipients
• Object to a result against you that is produced exclusively by automated systems
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing

We respond as soon as possible and within 30 days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) if your application is rejected or not answered in time.
